We invite all visiting RVers to consider making Park of the Sierras their home base. Our members are both avid traveling RVers and whose active travel days are slowing. Membership in Park of the Sierras involves the following:
To become a Park of the Sierras member you need to:
- Be an Escapees RV Club member.
- One member of a couple must be 55 years of age at the time your membership becomes available; however, you may join the wait list at any age.
- Discuss membership with our Park Manager and visit us to take a tour, if possible.
- Visit Park Sierra, take a tour of the park and discuss membership with our Park Manager.
- Be willing and able to volunteer some of your time while in the park to help keep Park Sierra beautiful.
- A completed application accompanied by a check for $1020.* As of 2025, the membership cost is $25,000**.
- Annual maintenance fees for 2025 are $2616 – fully refundable should your plans change and you give up your membership/site.***
* $1,000 is refundable if you join the waitlist but then decide to withdraw your application before becoming a member. Please be aware that an application is not a guarantee of membership. Prospective co-op members must still be interviewed by the Park.
** Please check with the office about the latest membership cost.
*** Maintenance fees are billed quarterly.
All Park Sierra members belong to our Partners In Participation (PIP) committee which encourages all members (new and old) to remember what is expected of all of us.
